  The handle material provides excellent traction. After several months of heavy use, it still performs like new. The edge could be a bit sharper out of the box, but it sharpens easily. This knife is worth twice the price.

  The blade geometry is ideal for outdoor tasks. The spine is thick enough for batoning but still slices well. The edge could be a bit sharper out of the box, but it sharpens easily. The best outdoor knife I've ever owned.
